Today’s check in

Kinda need to start off with a confession. I completed a week of fit r1 and then decided I’d prefer to do r2. So I said bye bye to r1 and yesterday started r2. Normally I like to finish a program once I’ve started it but I just wasn’t feeling it and I knew I wouldn’t give it my all. So I’m a quitter lol.

Day 2 kicked my butt today. Absolutely loved it. https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/intense-fat-burning-cardio-intervals-and-butt-and-thigh-workout- Loved the cardio and strength combined. The Pilates at the end burned like you wouldn’t believe, but it’s strangely satisfying. If anyone needs a good lower body routine then this one is perfect 👌

Went for a walk later on and tried to get some pics of the views from that trail, but sadly the dull weather was not on my side. So it’s a bit on the grey side but here’s a little piece of Wales.
