Any tips?

So recently I've found out that I've been a little more hungry and that may be because my snacks are not often very high calorie. The problem that I have is that if the number of calories in my snack are often very high, my body can't digest it properly due to my IBS so it's kinda of hard. Does anyone have any tips on how to increase the number of calories they have in the day. I know I could use a protien shake but I'm not too fond of the idea of having one.
