Access to a gym is an important part of many people’s lives, as is access to all of the equipment that you’d normally find in a gym.

However, as anyone who has worked out with us knows, you can absolutely get in an amazing workout without a gym, without expensive equipment, and on your own time, at your own pace.

In just over 30 minutes, you’ll get a great workout, one that is not based on repetition after repetition on an expensive machine. You cannot “cheat” this routine by letting a machine do some of the work for you, while you read a magazine or flip through channels on the television.

This workout is tough, but doable...if you stay present, move with intent, pay attention to your form, and push yourself (safely!). Honestly, there’s a much easier and more effective way to go about cardio (and working out, in general), and we wish more people would try it, embrace it, and benefit from it.
