Started Using FB at age 12, completed my 1st 1000 calorie workout at 18 today

According to my Apple Watch, I only burned 602 calories(but hey that’s pretty good for the weight range I’m in!)

Our coaches in 7th grade Athletics put on FB videos back in 2014 during offseason and that’s when I first started using it. On and off from them, I would workout all summer with the workouts. However, I didn’t realize how unfit I was until last July when I was 17. I bought a workout and have completed and bought several more. Like perhaps too many, my mom banned me from buying more because I bought everyone single one that was on sale. I wanted to get fit for college and in general. At 5’2”, I used to weigh near 130 pounds which was a healthy BMI but dangerously close to overweight. Now I’m a little lower than 120 pounds and I feel so much better. As I head off to college and for the first time will be working out in a gym(shoutout to tiny dorms), I can’t believe I’ve been using Fitness Blender for nearly 6 years! So thanks Kelli and Daniel and the coaches who started it all
