What do YOU do?

Just curious - when you miss a scheduled workout one day, do you do that missed workout the following day, and therefore "push" the rest of your workouts back a day? Or, do you just skip that day altogether and pick up with your next scheduled workout? I am very good about getting in a workout everyday, but, sometimes life happens and it isn't always possible to get one in. It kind of throws me off to see a missed day on the calendar, as I really love seeing those "workout complete" check marks!
