How is it, that I am the healthiest person in my house, and I have gotten sick 4 times in the past 6 months, now!?
I have a serious cough, runny nose, and sneezing like a mofo.
I looked up that anything below the neck (including a cough), that I should not be working out.
But...but..really? Nothing at all?! I hate when I can't check that "Day Complete" on my calendar, especially doing a program...
Should I feel bad for missing my workouts? What CAN I do?
