More cardio!😅😕

With the warmer weather and the need to take care of myself I decided to add in more cardio through my week. I love strength and pilates and spent a lot of my days doing those. But with the knowing of needing to eat healthier and live healthier I decided to do more cardio. Do now I do more HIIT nd cardio through my week. Add in a yin yoga to cool down and maybe pilates after my cardio if time/energy allows. This morning I went for what I call a shuffle around my neighborhood! I jogged most of it. Maybe 2/3 and walked in the middle. My throat didn't hurt and I didn't get a stitch in my side. I was so excited!!! I feel with the increase in cardio I will crave more healthy foods. And more water hopefully. Just gotta say... Coming up on my fitness blender two year anniversary I am might proud of myself!!!! Huzza!!!
