Abs 2 - Buddies Edition

OK, I mixed my days/dates. Yesterday was Day18 with uppers routine. And so today is Day 19...😅

Well, I could go straight to my bed, that's how tired I am. But I'm in my 'feeding window', so some food is due.😉

I did this HIIT + total body strength before, and I did it with half intention. Now, only 5 minutes of HIITing hard feels like...well, a lot more.😉 I also finished EC, but did it between HIIT and strength portion.

What's with you, buddies? (Do you know there's more than 20 of us doing Abs2 right now and checking-in on and off?) 👌😁
