Cardio Disguised as Strength

I just love when I find a strength-training routine that feels like cardio. This one had me really huffing and puffing and sweating. It was amazing!

I would love to know of other routines that are mostly strength, but get your heart rate up. (I have decided to lay off some of the HIIT for a while.)

BTW, enjoying the challenge of FB Strength for the second time. Can't believe how much heavier I can lift this time around.
