I’ve been fighting with body dysmorphia for a very, very long time but right now just really feel like I’m not winning.
I absolutely love my exercise for the mental and physical benefits it brings (currently doing FB Strong). I am fit and healthy and in the last 4 months have lost 2 inches round my waist and hips thanks to FB workouts. My body has given birth and fed 3 babies but no matter what I do I look in the mirror and feel terrible.
Not sure why I’m posting. Maybe just needed to say it.
