You know we build all of these challenges and programs but the truth is I very rarely get a chance to do any of them. Our filming schedule is so busy that I often just have to get in my own workouts in between. This time I thought I’d try something different, so I’m going to attempt to film while doing a program 🧐.
My plan is to film upper body videos on days I would be doing an upper body day in the program, or film a lower body workout when I would be doing one in the program and so on. Just swapping my scheduled workout with filming from time to time.
I have thought about doing this before but was never quite sure how it would turn out. So instead of continuing to think about it I thought I just jump in and give it a shot. Wish me luck!
