Ok, so I missed a Monday and started week 2 of the Abs Program this morning (incl. ECC!). I'll be playing catch up later this week to get all my scheduled w/o done though.
I liked the fast pace of this combination of videos; it didn't leave me any time to complain...ab work is tough! Plus, my new Fitbit Charge 2 says I burned 254 calories, while my good 'ole reliable Polar 4 days I burned 340. Lol. 😆 go figure.
