Week 2 day 1.... here we go!

Hi all

So today as per the title was the first workout day of my second week working on my own program. (I am not new though been knocking about here for a while!)

Today I did this;

Nice little blip of cardio to start my week. I did this one a few weeks ago and I did notice I found it easier today which was a nice feeling.
