Suggestion- 1 minute dance break!

So this is a suggestion- I know FB takes fitness and health seriously, and your workout videos are all business- but, I just did a video from another site and in the middle of the routine they stop and give you a 1 minute dance break. I thought it was a lot of fun, obviously the idea is just to keep moving and keep your heart rate up- but it's a much better active rest than just doing a boxer shuffle or butt kickers! So, just a suggestion for maybe your next HIIT routine- dance break! Show us what you've got! ;)
