Intermittent Fasting - Week 1

Still newbie. Yep!๐Ÿ˜…

I had an episode of a hangry attack. Why? I did HIITing on a very empty stomach. ๐Ÿ˜ณObviously a major mistake. So, I learned I'm not made for exercising while in the fasting period.

As far as amount of food I eat or calorie intake, I think it's pretty much the same. I do eat fewer sweets because my feeding window is shorter, so I don't have extra hours to eat more - of anything. ๐Ÿ˜…

I still feel hunger the minute I awake, but I grab a glass of cold water and start planning for lunch, either go in shopping or preparing groceries. It helps to get my mind of not eating at all to I'll eat soon.๐Ÿ˜‰

I'm doing 14/10. Only once I ended fast after 12 hours, to stop my craziness. And I even had one longer fasting window of 16 hours, though unplanned.

Drinking enough water helps too. ๐Ÿ˜ŠAs it turns out, a couple of times when I thought I MUST EAT NOW, I was actually just thirsty.
