How to get motivated to train your weakest link

Hi everyone,

I recently started doing sports again (thank you FB!). I'm currently doing low impact round 1. I've always know that my core was my weakest link, leading also to bad posture and lower back pains. I was thing of doing Abs 2 next to remedy this.

However, I've never been able to push myself doing core workouts, I have (less) of an issue to feel my muscles burn in arms and legs and push through. But my core will have none of that.

I am afraid with abs2 that I will lose motivation all over again. How do you guys deal with motivating yourself in working on the things you need but really don't like?
