A 'nice' way to start the week

Today was lower body day and I tackled this workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fat-burning-cardio-and-butt-and-thigh-workout-advanced-and-low-impact-modifications . It quite possibly my favourite lower body workout because you sweat like mad and once your done you know you got in a great session. Although I have to admit that I couldn't do the last exercise because when I got up from the bridge I started seeing purple so that was a massive sign that I needed to drink some water and get some food in my system.

It's funny how I wanted this week to be very relaxed a little more low impact and then I just decided to do one of the most challenging workouts (for me) in my favourites lol. Still no HIIT in sight for this week but on the Saturday I have Daniels new kettlebell workout scheduled which will be very fun. I don't have a skipping rope so an imaginary one will have to do :)
