My plan was rest, but after (over)eating, I just needed some extra movement, so I did EC from Day17. I'll do the main workout tomorrow per schedule. 👍
I won't be re-doing Reach now, just Abs2 until finish. I'll probably do Reach in July, but I'll see what the other program will be.
