Cheat/treat days on a weight loss journey?

So, I've started consistently working out and eating healthy almost a month now (already feeling the muscle increase 💪), and so far I have 1 treat day a week(all days include some sort of activity, rest days are usually a long walk,yoga and some low impact cardio), while the rest of the days I stay on a decent calorie deficit with 1 hour fb workouts each day, cardio/HIIT and strength, plus a walk later in the day. What my anxious brain is worried about, is whether 4 treat days a month are too much, if I'm working on burning some extra fat and getting a bit more fit(I'm around 52kg, but still have some "love handles" etc I'd like to get rid of). And I'm a very stressy person, and not a personal trainer. I was hoping that hearing some other opinions on this could maybe give me some perspective. What do you guys do?
