First day back at the gym....and Fit2 question

so today i went back to the gym for the first time(they opened back up on 06/01) to take my strength training class!

it was an interesting thing taking it with the mask on.. i definitely will only be going for that class(and tanning!) because i love it so much and added it as a custom workout. so i will continue on with Fit2 and just push the calendar ahead any day i do that class.

speaking of Fit2- monday(or tuesday) is the 1000 calorie workout - ive seen you guys talk about this and i just want to know - why?! LOL! never in my life have i taken a 60 minute class at the gym and wished for 19 more minutes and i have hypoglycemia so to me the thought of burning 1000 calories has me envisioning myself passed out on the living room floor-i mean can i just do as much as i can?!
