Coffee and Becoming FIt

I don't just drink coffee, when I drink it must have lots of milk and at least some sugar. But as I work out more, I ponder if this is to the detriment of my health? Especially since I have it almost every day.

Should I attempt to stop drinking coffee? I find its less about drinking it to stay awake, and more to just drink it ( I am addicted? Probably.)

If I should stop, any ways to help me stop drinking all this caffine for good?
