Sneaky HIIT and LBS combo!

Hi all, happy Saturday!

Hubby joined although he didn't seem that thrilled! Flew by though I think I prefer 3 or 4 tabata sets straight off as opposed to A B A B. I followed up with this;

And threw in some pilates rear leg raises and pulses and fire hydrants as a burn out. This is a decision I may come to regret!
