Hi everyone - I started FB fit about 3 weeks ago and have been so much healthier and I'm losing weight as well. But its becoming "that time of the month" and I crave sweets every night when I'm pmsing. I used to indulge in chocolate all the time before I started focusing on my diet and health, so I have a hard time allowing myself to enjoy sweets occasionally. Well, my question is: what are some healthier sweets that you would suggest? Something I can eat a decent amount of without over doing it on the sugar intake. Thanks!
