Just posting my progress after finishing the 8 week FB30 for busy people.
This is the first time exercising since having my little boy over 2 years ago.
The first month, I stayed in a deficit and lost most of that weight! The second month my deficit hasn't been as consistent so I could have lost more fat.
However I'm so pleased I've stuck to it and i've learnt this is a lifestyle so it doesn't matter if I want to go over on calories some days as long as generally I stay on track.
