Favorite 1K workout?

I'm doing FB Fit R2 and I have a 1000 calorie workout scheduled for Saturday. It's the mash-up one, which I don't particularly like, so I'm planning on subbing in one that I might like better.

What's your favorite 1K cal wo and why?

I'm excited to do my first 1K cal wo in more than a year. Help me decide which one to do!
