Day 4 of Strong

Hi Friends doing Strong right now!

Day 4 was another tough lower body workout... just when that area was less sore, I had to make it sore again! My upper body is still killing me from Day 2, so I can't even imagine doing upper body again tomorrow, but I'll power through. It feels better today than yesterday.

How are you all liking it so far? I'm loving it, but it is challenging!
