Do You Have to Eat More Food?

Hi,

I recently removed sugar and heavily processed foods from my diet (3 weeks) in hopes to improve my sleep quality and reduce inflammation. I'm eating a lot veggies, protein, eggs, oatmeal and potatoes. I've noticed for the past two weeks I feel super weak during my workouts. Also, I feel hungry like an hour or an hour and half after I eat. Has anyone else had this issue?
