Abs2 Day15... Oh, common Daniel! Really?! 😳 From star jumps to crunches, from burpees to crunches? So many crunches in this routine... And then swimmers – how am I supposed to breathe on my stomach after all that HIIT?! 😵
What did I learn - do not do HIIT! At least on empty stomach!😇
Now that I've dealt with my „sudden“ choco disappearance, I think I'll be fine.😅 And I'll do the pilates from Reach Day24 right before dinner.
