FBFit Day 33 (week 5) complete Plus a fun workout challenge!

I wanted to include some cardio today since it was all leg strength training on my schedule. I found this workout challenge floating around instagram and youtube and gave it a try- it is a great way to get in a fast bout of cardio. The challenge is to complete all of these in 10 minutes or less:

- 10 Min Time-cap with Set Reps

- 1 Round

- 6 Exercises

60 Jumping Jacks

50 Butterfly Situps

40 Split Jump Lunges

30 Jump Squats

20 Pushup Shoulder Taps

10 Reverse Burpees

I think the butterfly situps took the longest to complete for me, and by the end I was huffing and puffing. Final time for me was 8:20 with taking a small break, also pushups were on my knees. Give it a try, and have a great rest of your week blenders!
