so I was in my hallway and coming home from grocery shopping and got to talking to my 70 year old neighbour. We started talking about the people that live in the units below us and how loud we probably are. I told her I was doing HIIT workouts and my neighbours probably hate me cause i jump around. She asked me if it was fitnessblender that i was doing!! told her yes! she said she has been holding off doing FB videos due to her neighbour below her complaining. I told her to just do it :P So for fun I talked to our landlord and he told us to keep jumping around as long as its during the day. win!
