The main video will be a first time for me. Iām surprised because the thumbnail looks so familiar!
The extra credit, Iām ashamed to say ā I only did once before. Considering I have some shoulder issues I definitely need this kind of work and should have made more effort!
Enough with my confessions, do share your impressions of the workouts and good luck!
*heads up:
The main video uses a bench, but not in every exercise, and I think most of those that do use it can be done relatively well with intuitive replacements with more familiar (floor or standing) versions.
The extra credit uses resistance band for ALL the moves so if you donāt have resistance bands and plan to use weights I hope you know in advance all the proper modifications (I donāt). Another option I guess is to do it bodyweight, work against yourself and make it more of a range of motion practice than strengthening. If you want another kind of extra credit sticking to the āraritiesā theme, hereās a suggestion https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/bodyweight-upper-body-workout-at-home-upper-body-workout-for-lean-muscles
And of course since itās EC thereās the option of not doing it at all š
Make it work for you, have fun, see you in the comments!
