Workout And Schedule Recommendations For 14yo Girl

As in the title, I'm 14 and a girl. I love doing exercise but lately haven't done a lot so my muscles feel weeker and I had gained a bit more weight than usual (oops😬).

My goal is to remove some of the weight as well as gain some strength back... But there's a catch. Since I am living on a boat, jumping and running are restricted so I can only use Low Impact workouts. I also own no equipment but for a pair of dumbbells (1.4kg/3lb) and a mat.

What exercises would work best for me? How much should I exercise according to my age, gender, and goals? What would be a good schedule for me?
