When it hits you unexpected...

Hey everyone,

I hope you are healthy and doing well.

As I told you in one of my previous posts: I banned the scale from my life.

Since my life has changed a lot and I am able to stick to my diet and my programs. Yay *-*

Because of this my goals changed aswell and I havent been worried about the way my body looks. It is more that I am listening to my body and look how I feel about movement and food.

Long story short I have been shopping today (some dresses for the summer) and realised that I dropped two sizes.

I was pretty amazed losing weight seemed always so hard to me and now that I changed my point of view it just happened and I didn't even noticed until I went shopping.

As you can see you don't need to worry the whole day! Just be kind and patient with yourself and your body and let the worries go.

Sometimes it's more effektive than counting every calorie or train the whole day or to try to loose this weight as fast as possible.
