Tried a new HIIT today

Hey fbf. As you guys probably know by now that I’ve been working long hours now and can’t really do a full workout like I once I could so I’ve been doing short 5-15 mins ones instead which to me are just as effective as a long workout. Anyway today I did a 15 mins HIIt workout with no jumping(which my knees thank) lol it tested my limits though. There are still things I have to work on of course but the main thing is that I made it through and finished it completely 😀 small accomplishment for me!
