Your opinion on (optional) stretching days

Hello FB community,

I have been considering to pay more attention to the stretching routines offered by FB (usually scheduled as an optional workout in many programmes on day six of each week).

To those of you who do this routines: What do you find most beneficial about them? Do you do them regularly?

Please share any ideas on stretching that come to your mind :-)
