Today marks the first week I’m back at work after working from home for 10 weeks. During my 10 weeks at home, I really dialed in on my nutrition plan (created by a dietitian) and treated my workouts as an extra to my nutrition and lost 18 pounds! I have a long way to go before I’m close to my goal but I meal prepped, followed my nutrition plan to a T today, and got in a good lower body HIIT and strength workout. And I feel GREAT! Here’s to the start of a good week!
