I'm pretty new to fitness, but knew I needed to change something to keep up with my 4 year old twins- who would've thought the baby weight wouldn't magically disappear 😉😉
My issue is with my knees- even when I modify the exercises and only do low impact, I still have pain in my knees. I have knee pads that I was using a couple years ago but I I don't feel like they offer me enough support. Does anyone have suggestions- do people use knee sleeves, braces, etc??
