I combo'd the above workouts and DAMN. Much better outcome than I anticipated. Started off with Pilates, sandwiched some weight training & body weight in between and end with more Pilates. I'm dripping! And also for a fun fact: I'm on the floor in a pigeon stretch typing this post 😂😂
I've definitely started to warm up to Pilates more. I still think it's a bit of a waste of time as a standalone routine (sorry!!!) but with strength training it's in a whole different dimension. 😄
I need food now!
