I kind of lost

Hi everybody,

I read so many interesting and inspiring stories with such helpful feedback, that I took all my courage to write myself.

At the beginning of last year, I gained 10kg (I guess 22lbs) in less than eight weeks. Nothing changed. I ate the same, I did my workouts as usual and there were no live events which could have triggered it. I went to the GP to get my blood checked out, but everything was fine.

I really don’t know what happened and it seems impossible for me to lose the weight again and keep it down. I already work out 3-6 times a week (upper end of difficulty levels, trying to balance strength, hit and abs). I feel really fit and I think fitness might not my problem. I cook always from scratch with lots of fresh vegetables. I’m not a big fan of processed or fast food. Never was. Although I love sweets. But I eat exact the same amount as I did before I gained the weight. I’m really lost here.

Maybe anyone has an idea where I go wrong or what I could try.
