*My lifestyle change officially started May 2, 2020

I will finish Reach Round 1, (my first program), tomorrow 🎉

I have seen major improvements.

Yes, I have shed some pounds. But, better than that, I have shed inches (2 for my waist and 2-1/2 for my stomach).

There have been many nonscale victories, as well!

These include increased endurance, increased strength, and increased tone. I am also able to do a push-up, correctly, for the first time in my life 😮

I am still fighting my pulmonary disease; and, I have a pulmonary function test on June 16th. This is the first real step towards moving forward with bilateral lung transplant.

Statistics say I have 2 to 3 years without transplant. But, what do they know? I’ve always been an outlier!

On that note: I have not needed oxygen supplementation (during the day) for the past 2 weeks 🙂

Today was a great day, too! I jogged for 35 minutes (over the course of the day), and I did a FB yoga/Pilates workout. The latter was supposed to be easy, but I still worked up a sweat!

Also, today would have been mom’s 68th birthday🌷 She passed away from cancer on January 23, 2018, after multiple battles. I still love and miss her 💕

Well, thank you for reading.

If you have any prayer requests, please let me know ✝️
