May 2020 down June here I come

My goal in May was to do 4 cardio workouts a week. I got it done the last two weeks. I also said I would do two 1,000 calorie workouts this month. Those two Saturday checkmarks at the end of the month represent that goal. I also started meal prep again. so, it looks like I really kicked it into gear the second half of this month.

For June I want to complete the new strong challenge and continue my meal prep. I will probably reschedule the challenge so that it takes up 3 weeks. I also want to continue the cardio but to challenge myself with 2 HIIT 30 minute sessions and 2 cardio sessions at least 30 minutes rather than the shorter cardio sessions I did in May.
