I'll keep this short. Reach Day19 and Abs2 Day11, which was total body day. What I like about it is that routine was divided by body focus, so no combo moves. 👌 But since I did HIIT yesterday and I don't enjoy it as it is 😅, instead of today's HIIT extra credit, I did a short pilates for lower body.
