May complete and a message about weightloss

This month I finished my Booty R2 and Flex combo, did the May challenge and a week of workouts I never did before. Tommorow Lea and I are starting Abs2 (if anyone wants to join, you're welcome).

I started weighing myself daily on may 3rd, as an experiment. I wanted to see how my weight flucuates, as you can see, it is quite a lot. By doing this, I have become less sensitive about my weight, because the entire time, my clothes still fit, I have started lifting more weight and tried to hiit as hard as I could.

Mind you, it has taken me a few years with FB to feel this way. I hope all members here will learn to appreciate their bodies and what they can do, no matter what the scale says.

Also: enjoy that icecream once in a while.. 😄
