Daily check in - Motivation to keep going

Is anyone else's workouts flying by too fast? 🤣🤣

Today we officially finished week 3 of FB bored easily program. We came straight from FB sweat program so 7 weeks of consistent workouts including the extra credit challenge and recovery workout days. We're super proud that we've been able to make workouts part of our day and #hiit them strongly. Literally! Of course working from home has made it a breeze and that much more flexible. We've committed and dedicated this as 'us' time. For us both it means prioritizing our health but also enjoying each session.

Feeling stronger, motivated and seeing lots of progress too. Healthy living for us is about eating clean, exercising and pushing ourselves to live our best life.

One of the biggest things that we also do is keeping our minds strong (this is probably the reason why we're so motivated). We constantly tell ourselves and each other how proud we are, we say positive things and celebrate every progress and our bodies strengrhs. We generally love inspiring quotes so constantly looking at these a few times a week. We even create our own at times! 🙂 Honestly this does wonders. Simple but powerful.
