Too busy to browse FB and read your messages...

Hello, hope everyone is doing well.

I started to prepare a simplified "wet curry" with red beans, canned sweet corn and a lonely potato that has been sitting in my kitchen for a week.

Everything was bubling gently on the stove. Then I went on browsing for some more workouts for next week and reading your encouraging messages. Then I realized that I let my wet curry almost burn. It's "dry curry" now but still tastes pretty good. Served with some cucumber, cherry tomatoes and home-made flat bread from 2 days ago. Bon appétit and have a nice weekend !
