first ever 1000 calorie workout complete!!!

Today is a pretty big day for me as I've just completed the 6 million subscriber 1000 calorie workout!

I think May has been probably one of the best months for me as I had done my first ever jump squat, been on my fitness journey for an entire year and now I have completed the whole 1000 calorie workout. I decided to do it low impact so I could pace myself through it nicely and it worked really well. I stuck around at the end for the bloopers and it made me chuckle a little. I've just ate some delicious peanut butter rice cakes just to refuel me for now and for lunch I think I will have a mushroom omelette with toast.
