May Plus Challenge Week 2 - Day 11 Upper Body Complete! 😁 (Check-In)11th

Hello again Blender Peeps!

 This was today's workout and I absolutely loved it. It's one of my favorite upper body routines. I really enjoy the twist where you lead with a different side and then do both arms together. The only issue is if you zone out you may end up repeating a side twice in a row and become uneven. I do my best not to zone out while working out because that tends to happen sometimes. 😅 Has anyone else done this workout? Do you like how Kelli added the twist?

What about you guys? Anyone else on day 11 as well? I think I may have messed up the days while posting but oh well you guys get it. Which workout did you guys do?
