You should always aim to do the best you can during each and every workout, but this may change from day to day, and you should be patient with yourself and never compare yourselves to others.

Stay present and aware during each workout, be honest with where you are and what your capabilities may be, and adjust your workouts accordingly. The most important thing is that you are doing them!

Do what you can, what works for you. All that you can ask of yourself is to do the best you can, today.
