Abs2 - Buddies Edition

So, after yesterday's 1000 calories monster workout, I feel slightly sore. Maybe I could've push myself a bit more? Maybe... 😉

My mind cannot cope with so much rescheduling, so I did Reach Day 17 today and you know what? It was hard to use muscles for pilates and yoga with intention and mindfulness. 😅
