In need of help

I've kind of fell into a really bad trap of munching on sweets and chocolate through the day and I really don't know why. I've been able to eat okay for the majority of the day such as my breakfast, lunch and dinner but everything in between has been kind of messy. The good thing is I can pinpoint what time I tend to do this and it's usually between 2:30-4pm. My most common temptation is sweets or chocolate and today it's been ice cream and chocolate.

I know that to a lot of people this isn't the end of the world but I've been doing this consistently since my last female cycle which has been nearly a month ago and I know it's going to get worse as I'm due again very soon. It doesn't help for the fact that my IBS pain has flared up as a result so I'm in desperate need of help because I'm in quite a bit of pain and I'm constantly fatigued which is one of my main symptoms.

If anyone has any tips please do share because I would love to know.
